I’ve learnt to Trust in God

Many times I’ve prayed
I’ve desired
I’ve longed for
I never saw them happen
Perhaps during that time
I was down
And felt disappointed
Even in God

But today when I looked back
There’s a certain joy and gratitude that springs forth from my heart
Not because I’ve seen my prayers answered today
But because God never made them happen
When I imagine what a calamity it could have been getting those prayers and desires fulfilled
I mellow
And bow down
And lift up my voice and say
Lord I thank you.

I thought I knew what I wanted and needed
I thought I could love myself more than you do
I forgot you are the all loving God
You loved me without a cause and unconditionally
I might never have agreed to that
But today , looking back
I’m awed by your love

You never answered those prayers But today
I’m grateful you never did
Today I would have wished they never happened
Today I would still have prayed To you to take them away

Today I’ve got a cause to sing along the lines of a musician
…🎼through it all I’ve learnt to trust in Jesus
Through it all I’ve learnt to trust in God🎸

Value

I found a thousand bird fly-play in the sky
I admired them all equally
Yet I became stuck to one;
It played differently
It flew not only; it swam also
It’s aerobatics were unique
It veered my attention off all the others
This got me reflecting
I needed a name for it
I ended up calling it value
Yes value!

Nobody saw to admire and appreciate it when it was alone and practicing I believe
This taught me
The virtues we work in our closet
The discipline we give ourselves to
The character we build and form
As hard and too great a discipline it always is
Yet is worth the time and discipline
Time and grace brings out the best in us
Leave it to time; leave it to grace
Give yourself to value
With one thing assured;
Whatever a man sows that shall he reap

This I discovered in God and ever kept me going
Want to know why I read, study, pray, fast, exercise godliness, give myself to building character?
This I found in God ;
Whatever a man Sows he shall reap

Today I’ve got a decision to make
Vast and innumerable they are
Yet I choose this one only
Not because it gives me the greatest relief
But because it will give me the greatest relief

Time will sum up the story one day
Until then,
Pursue God
Go after value
Seek to bless God at peak and impact your world
It’s the reason I live

The Five Star Marketing Principles

Marketing to some it’s a philosophy, others consider it to be a theory. They are not wrong, but the actual fact about marketing is that, it’s something real which needs every single theory, philosophy or hypothesis to be converted to a practical experience. Marketing is practical and it’s the propelling force behind every successful business. Below are five practical strategies which I have experienced and believe it will go a long way helping many businesses flourish.

Ready to learn something new, let’s get started then; the principles unfolded:

  • Appearance: Your appearance does 60% of your job as a marketer. Always remember, no one would ever award a contract to a shabily dress marketer or business man. Your appearance shows who you are, what you can do and how you go about your deals. Dress to assassinate, dress to confuse your clients, dress to make your confidence level certain and sure!
  • Branding: Branding is an important aspect of marketing you always have to put into much consideration, it is not just any branding but something exclusive and catchy. Customers will always patronize the best of brands and not just any other.
  • Speaking Ability: This is what I personally call the master minding. As a markerter talking does all the job. Know what you are sayig, what you’re martketing and seal them with absolute confidence. Let your clients realize you’re a professional and you know what you’re saying. Convince and confuse your clients to like your product. Be conscise and precise. Know when, where and how to get your clients on by your marketing language.
  • Motivate & Upgrade Yourself: Sometimes deals may strike out. Things wouldn’t work, yet you don’t give up. Always remember, not everyone would like your product. Never waste your valuable time on such. Time is money and there are so many people out there hungry and thirsting after your product, so why waste time on people who are not interested. Attend marketing related seminars, read wide, be hungry to know more about what you do and associate with serious professionals to upgrade and stay professional always.
  • The last thing is to keep a solid network of clients. Learn how to keep the contacts of your serious clients. Once in a blue moon, you can give them a call or even send them an sms to show them appreciation and how valuable they mean to you. Never forget this: customers always want to be treated as kings and queens.

Procrastination Syndrome

I have been a kid
I am still maturing
There is one greatest thing I have ever feared……
PROCRASTINATION: the devil within time.
It has led many ideas unconverted to reality.
It has collapsed many companies.
It has ruined many relationships.
It has made many lose their jobs.
It has made millions of people lose their valuables.
Some students somewhere have regretted in life and once again this is still attributed to the threatening entity called procrastination.
Many people have lost the love of their lives because of procrastination.
The saddest thing is seeing a lot of people perishing because of procrastination.
Life is too short than we perceive it to be.
Whatever we dare to achieve in life is feasible, if only we can act and not flood ourselves with words.
Actions must proceed out of thoughts.
Achievements not words;
To persevere and never to succumb
To be firm and never to compromise
To honor and never to dishonor
To love and never to hate

PROCRASTINATION has done so much bad than good. The time to act is now! You have today and not tomorrow, tomorrow will surely take care of itself. The brightest opportunity is today.

Act now!

God Our Helper.

In a world where everyone thinks he knows
And has got it all right
In a world where everything seems wrong and misunderstood
The cherished and the abhorred
The wrong and the right
What we think we know;
What we know nought!

There’s a God in Heaven
Who fathers all creation
To the good he’s a father
To the evil he’s a father
He sends rain to the earth
It waters the land of the righteous
Of the evil it does too
Oh the God we think we know
The God we don’t understand

He sends rain to the farmer
He giveth light to them that need it

That all will know
That God always sends help!
To the fatherless He’s a Father
Food to the hungry souls

A God we can’t have enough of
A God who is too big and vast to be consumed all

An infinite God is our helper
His unfailing and incessant love
We’ve never comprehended
Oh sweet a God!

Ask me one thing I love about Him
And I will joyfully say
He always sends help
